Such minor variations will not be considered defects.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.

In the event of an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error, SOUVERAA reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund.
4. Orders

SOUVERAA reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where:

5. Payment

The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SOUVERAA shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
* Recipient’s name
* Complete address
* PIN code
* Valid phone number
SOUVERAA will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order has to be re-dispatched due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted only before an order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
SOUVERAA reserves the right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation based on its processing status.
9. Returns & Replacements
SOUVERAA accepts returns or replacements only in accordance with its Return & Replacement Policy.
Products received damaged or defective must be reported within the timeline specified in that policy.
Customers may be required to provide clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification.
10. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received damaged, broken, or defective, customers should contact SOUVERAA within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are advised to retain the original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
SOUVERAA may request photographs, videos, packaging details, or other information necessary to assess the claim.
11. Personalised & Customised Products
Where personalisation or customisation is requested, customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to SOUVERAA is correct, including names, spellings, dates, messages, and other details.
Once production has commenced, personalised or customised orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return, except where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly made by SOUVERAA, subject to applicable policies.
12. Gifts
SOUVERAA products may be purchased as gifts and delivered directly to a recipient.
The customer placing the order is responsible for providing accurate recipient information.
SOUVERAA shall not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect recipient details supplied by the customer.
13. Promotional Offers & Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes, complimentary gifts, and other campaigns may be subject to additional terms.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
* Only one promotional code may be used per order.
* Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previously placed orders.
* SOUVERAA reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers without prior notice.
14. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the SOUVERAA website, including logos, photographs, product images, designs, text, graphics, videos, product descriptions, and other creative material, belongs to or is licensed to SOUVERAA.

15. Customer Reviews & Content
Customers may submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content where such functionality is available.
By submitting such content, the customer confirms that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or offensive.
SOUVERAA may use customer-submitted reviews, photographs, or testimonials for legitimate marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

Customers agree not to:
